Settle down… it’s storytime.

I worked in the music industry for over two decades, mostly in A&R – which is about finding the talent.

I had a lot of fun… some would argue perhaps a bit too much fun, so when I decided I needed a change in pace when I reached my 40s I decided to pursue my second passion in life, mental health – so I began training as a psychotherapist.

Let me tell you, training to be a psychotherapist is not cheap, so I began to buy and sell records.

Well, that lead to creating Brighter Day, for I found that not only do I LOVE buying and selling records, but I’m good at it (if I could be so bold to say).

So now I balance my time before Brighter Day and my growing clinical practice – I find doing both brings equilibrium to my life.
